Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- Be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items Certain goods are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Certain health and personal care items.
Return Requirements To complete a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted under these circumstances:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing time may vary.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at returns@sheapossibilities.com and send your item to: 20906 Frederick Road Ste A, Germantown MD 20876.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns To return your product, mail it to: 20906 Frederick Road Ste A, Germantown MD 20876.
You are responsible for covering your return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
